We've received the same card featuring the name Mike Davies, and it mentions precisely the same details. We're based in Kent, and we’ve made quite the trek to check it out. Has anyone had any success identifying these individuals? Did they ever show up? We did a bit of digging online, but the address is incredibly tiny- and I mean minuscule. Unfortunately, our search came up empty.

We've received a card with two individuals on it-does anyone know who they might be?

I'm situated in central Scotland, quite a distance from Oxford, and I received a rather peculiar card today. It mentioned that a certain Mohammed Kaish will be dropping by at 7:30 this evening, though it lacked any specific date. It also noted that if this time doesn’t work for me, I should give them a ring. Has anyone else experienced something similar? I'm fairly sure this sort of thing can't be above board. The card is a plain white affair, devoid of any identifying details like a company name or contact information. Just feels rather dodgy, doesn’t it?

Illegitimate debt recovery tactics being employed here. The moment we attempted to get in touch, 'John Matthews' was apparently nowhere to be found in the office. How convenient, isn't it? Rest assured, should these individuals actually show their faces, we won’t hesitate to alert the authorities.

A card came through my letterbox bearing the message, “We’ll swing by at 7pm." It’s crucial to remember when something doesn’t sit right, isn’t it? The number was 01865865303. The moment we dialled it up, we withheld our details, yet the person on the other end claimed there was no Ian in their ranks. Turns out, they were a debt recovery agency but remained tight-lipped about their actual company name, suggesting it could belong to any one of several firms! Such practices really raise eyebrows and feel decidedly dodgy, don’t they?

Received a call earlier today that was just like the others - no one on the other end when I picked up.

Could someone please let us know when those individuals will arrive? We reside in Cardiff and have received the same card. Who are these characters, and what on earth are they up to?

I received a flier saying they’d be stopping by at 7pm. We need to realise when something like this crosses the line - the number was 01865865303. The moment we rang them, we kept our details to ourselves, and these people claimed there wasn’t anyone named Ian working there. Turns out, it was a debt collection agency. They were quite vague about the company they represented and mentioned it could be one of several firms. I reckon this sort of behaviour is rather dubious, if not outright unlawful.

So, did anyone actually show up in the end?

We received a card that looks exactly the same. It's simply a white card that reads, "I’ll be dropping by to see you at half seven this evening. If this isn’t a good time, please ring 01865 865303, Marcus Jones." Upon calling that number, the individuals claimed to be from a debt collection agency, yet failed to identify themselves. When we mentioned we would alert the police if someone showed up, they didn’t respond well. We’ve also been in touch with trading standards about this matter. We truly don’t know who these people are, but their actions certainly seem dodgy and possibly unlawful.

We received a rather curious postcard through the letterbox, stating that someone named Josh Aherbury will be dropping by at 7:30. However, if that doesn’t suit us, we’re advised to ring 01865865303. Attempting to call the number revealed no one on the other end, which was rather perplexing. We have no clue who they are or why they’d be visiting us. To add to the confusion, we're situated in Huddersfield, while the number seems to be linked to Oxford. Quite the mystery, wouldn't you say?

We received a postcard informing us that a certain Don Graziano would be visiting at half past seven this evening. It was rather unsuitable for us, so we decided to ring the number provided, 01865865303. However, upon doing so, we were greeted by an office environment where the receptionist was surprisingly unhelpful and refused to disclose any details regarding the firm or its purpose. We found this behaviour quite appalling and suspect that it may even border on illegality. Quite frankly, we’re convinced this could be a scam of some kind.

We received the same postcard featuring Paul Brown, and she’s set to drop by at half-past seven this evening. I’m intrigued to see what this Paul is like when he arrives. An odd detail we spotted was the stamp on the postcard that reads "bbc.co.uk/pudsey 19 NOV BBC Children in Need." Quite peculiar, isn’t it? 😕

We've recently received a matching card that bears the signature of Peter Towney. To be honest, we haven't got the faintest idea what this pertains to. I called the number provided, and it appears to be just a voicemail service. Please do let us know if anyone shows up, as we have little ones in the house and we certainly don't want them to be exposed to any dubious characters!

Fraudulent debt recovery practices. A typical tactic. Scammers at work.
