It’s a bit unnerving, really, as it seems that certain individuals are capable of breaching phone security so easily. Quite strange, isn’t it? Watch out, folks! This turned out to be a total scam. They start off with a sappy message expressing their gratitude for your support in the past, tossing in a load of sentimental nonsense about sending a certificate to acknowledge your contributions. But then, they swiftly pivot to the real agenda-sucking you dry for more cash this year. They ask what you might pitch in and then try to worm your credit card information out of you. Absolutely not, Pedro! Not falling for that!

Last night, we received a call from this number, but as soon as we picked up, all we got was silence. It's a typical cold-calling tactic, isn't it? I'm grateful we came across the warnings, and we really hope these callers leave us alone. However, it seems all too likely they’ll be back at it soon.
