Got a call from someone saying they were Royal Mail. They sounded decent at first, but I got suspicious straight away since I usually speak with my go-to person at FP Mailing, not anyone from Royal Mail. I looked up the number and yep, I was right to be cautious. Kicking off a chat with a fib just to reel in new business is dodgy in my book. Got a call from a firm saying they're ringing for Royal Mail, checking your current charges and then pushing other options. It's just a dodgy scam. Wait for your actual Royal Mail Account Manager to get in touch and block these lot. They probably earn commission on every lead they pass along. I recently got a text from this number purporting to be "Royal Mail". They’ve included a dodgy link, insisting that I must pay a fee to get my parcel released. If you’re foolish enough to enter your credit card info, you'll likely find your bank account drained in no time! What's really amusing is that I stumbled upon other similar sites where these fraudsters have left glowing reviews, pretending it’s all above board with Royal Mail. It’s utterly ridiculous!
