Honestly, this felt like a total scam. I got calls from someone claiming to be BT, saying my internet had a fault. A very pushy lady with an Indian accent was insisting there was a problem with my BT line. She sounded quite forceful. I told her quite clearly to stop bothering me. She even rang me back about five times! You could hear a man in the background giving her instructions. Definitely don’t trust these calls - just tell them to leave you alone!
