I've had the pleasure of receiving calls from this lot more than once now. They claim to be from some official-sounding organisation like "The Department of Financial Affairs or whatever", and they always start rambling on about my so-called premium bank account. The thing is, I've never signed up for a premium account in my life, and I made that crystal clear to them! What an absolute bore! Just another pointless interruption in my day!
