Got a call from someone saying it was about an accident. They even knew my home address but then asked if I was actually at home! It felt really strange - why would that matter? The caller said they were from Solutions.

I've been receiving calls from this spam caller who seems to know our name. It's rather concerning where she could be getting our contact details from. Can't someone put a stop to this nuisance?

Received a call from this number while I was on shift and, assuming it was something urgent since it’s a local Oxford number, I gave them a bell back. Imagine my surprise when I got an automated spiel about an accident helpline! What a complete bother and honestly, I find it infuriating that they’d use a local code to pull this nonsense. Just a right pain, isn’t it?

Got a random call from a woman with a British accent about some accident claim. Didn't even happen, so total rubbish.

This number has called me like 10 times, always saying I was in some kind of accident which definitely hasn’t happened. Today, I finally said that someone keeps ringing me but there’s no accident. The woman on the other end just told me to f*** off! Proper rude.
