I dealt with Chancellor’s Estate Agents in Summertown a while ago. After I bought a place through a different agent, they kept ringing me up, crazy persistent even years later! No matter how many times I told them to stop and take my number off their list, they just wouldn’t. If you’re not actively working with them, best just block the number to avoid all the hassle.

Got a call from someone claiming to be Oxfam, sounded Scottish which made it sound pretty real, talking about me needing to update my Will. No chance I fell for that!
