Not sure, but it showed up saying it might be some kind of scam call.

i called the number back and got an automated message saying it's oxfam. they said they're contacting past donors, but as far as i remember, i've never actually donated to them. i did buy a few books from their website a while ago, but this call felt more like they were just trying to drum up donations. the person speaking sounded genuine, polite, and spoke quite clearly.
