I received a call-back number in an email that purportedly came from Phyllis Burton of BT Internet support-though I must say, the spelling of 'support' was rather off! The email informed me that my internet had been compromised and was at risk of being shut down. I couldn't shake the feeling of doubt, so I opted not to ring them up. Just curious, has anyone else encountered this and do you think it’s a scam?
