I got a call from 01865 598 825, and the person said they were from Microsoft Services in Uxbridge, but the number showed up as an Oxford one. They told me my computer was being hacked and offered to fix the issues. When I asked if they needed to get into my computer, they just ended the call. Oddly enough, they mentioned the name of the person who used my landline before me, and I've owned this number for more than 9 years! Honestly, I think these scammers are really risky and shouldn't be trusted.

Early Saturday at 8:25, I got a call where the person said they were from Microsoft about my PC. I get loads of calls like this from different numbers, and I just tell them "I don't have a computer." They usually seem stumped by that and then stop calling.
