i got a call from this number too. the guy on the line had a weird accent and claimed there was some crime case against me. he asked for my current postcode. i played along politely, knowing straight away it was a scam. i told him i wasn’t going to share my postcode, and he started threatening me with arrest by the police. calmly, i said i wasn’t interested and hung up. please dont give any info to these scammers no matter what. yes, they try to pressure you loads but remember, it’s just a phone call with no real backing. lets put an end to these fraudsters.

Got a call not long ago from someone saying they were with HMRC and customs, and they even knew a few bits about me. When I ended the call, he actually phoned back asking why I’d hung up. I tried asking what it was all about, and he said there was some sort of case against me. I cut him off right then, told him that was a load of rubbish, and put the phone down.

Just a heads up, the number 01865589725 belongs to scammers. I got a call from them about 15 minutes back and they acted like they knew everything about me. Don't believe a word they say - it’s all a load of rubbish. Best thing is to simply ignore or hang up if they ring you.
