The caller claimed to represent Oxford Education and inquired about the whereabouts of my daughter post-college. Historically, I've had communications from Bucks County Council concerning her education when she was still a minor, but now that she has turned 18-almost a year ago-I find it baffling as to why someone would reach out regarding her status. The young lady on the phone came across as quite unprofessional, stumbling over her words and failing to provide a clear reason for her call. I offered her a few details before I decided to end the conversation. It’d be helpful to confirm whether this was indeed from Oxford Education or simply a scam.
