Got a call from someone saying they were from Lloyds bank fraud team, with an Indian accent. I’ve actually phoned Lloyds fraud myself and they asked if I’d received a letter about security. I reckon it’s to do with online or telephone banking because someone set up a profile on an account that shouldn’t even have those services, and I think they want the letter with the access code. They never mentioned internet banking outright, probably so the account owner wouldn’t instantly realise it wasn’t them setting up the access.
