Got a call from someone saying they were Virgin Media, saying there was an issue with my internet router. They asked me to install Teamviewer so they could sort it remotely. I absolutely refused to let a stranger get remote access to my computer. So, I rang Virgin Media myself to check and report it. They confirmed they hadn’t called me and that the number used wasn’t theirs. Definitely a scam attempt.
