Got a recorded voice that claimed to be from the "BT internet department" - which I thought odd, since it's usually called the "broadband service". The message warned me about some illegal stuff and said they'd cut off my broadband in a day. To fix it, they told me to press 1 to chat with someone. So I did, only to hear a guy from the US telling me to wait... then the line just dropped. Pretty dodgy if you ask me!
