Got a call claiming to be from Virgin Media about some internet issues I've been having. The person called me "ma’am" but seemed clueless about my account stuff. When I told them I was in a rush and needed to finish the call quickly, they just disconnected on me. Since Virgin Media has actually been sending texts about the outages, I’m pretty convinced this was just another scam call.
