1 yearSomeone called claiming I'd asked my 'Council' to arrange some home repairs. When I asked who exactly she was from and which Borough she meant, she insisted I lived in the London Borough of COUNCIL, or something like that. I couldn’t help but laugh at her trying to convince me such a place actually existed. It wasn’t until I told her I was a serving Police Officer (which I’m not, by the way) and knew exactly what I was talking about that she just gave up and hung up on me! Honestly, if you get one of these clumsy scammers, enjoy the show!CouncilBoroughLondon Borough of COUNCIL1 yearI picked up and at first there was nothing, just quiet. Then out of nowhere, one of those robot voices said “Goodbye” and the line cut off!1 yearI got caught up in a housing scam, and the woman on the phone was really rude. She said she was with housing disrepair, claiming I’m on a list for issues like broken floors and dripping radiators, which I supposedly reported many times. I told her that wasn’t right, but she asked me twice more if I was sure.1 yearGot a call around half past eleven on 5th May.
