Picked up the phone, wasn’t a word said, just silence for a bit then some odd sounds and suddenly the call got cut off.

got a call on my mobile earlier from a woman with a foreign accent. i said i wasn’t interested but she just kept going on. when i asked her to take me off her call list, she just hung up. have blocked the number now.
