3 yearsI received a rather unsettling call from this number regarding the renewal of my washing machine cover. It threw me off when the caller referred to me as 'Ms,' considering my husband typically handles all our guarantees. What raised my eyebrows even further was how he had my email and postcode to hand! Then he proceeded to ask for my sort code, which immediately raised alarm bells. I promptly queried why he’d need such information for a mere renewal and, after informing him that I’d prefer to look elsewhere, he had the audacity to say, "bye love!" A smooth talker, no doubt, but I wasn’t buying into it. My heart goes out to the older generation; they might not catch on as swiftly to such dodgy schemes.4 yearsI received a rather suspicious phone call from someone claiming to work for EE, based in London.
