Had three calls from someone claiming to be doing some kind of utility survey, said they weren’t selling anything, which sounded suspicious right away. First call wasted my time. The second one dragged on for about a minute asking dumb stuff like who provides utilities around here and what age group I’m in. By the third call, I just hung up. Complete wack jobs, honestly.

Got a call from a company I’ve never heard of, asking for someone I know. When I asked who they were, they just ended the call. Seems like they’ve got hold of personal info they shouldn’t have, maybe from some sort of data hack or a breach at the phone provider. I’m definitely going to tell EE about this.

The call kicked off with them wanting to talk to me, then they said they wouldn't try to sell me anything today, which obviously is a load of rubbish since they were selling something. How on earth do they even have my number and name? I thought cold calling and door-to-door selling were banned these days.
