There was a recorded message saying my bank had taken 99.99 quid for Amazon Prime and that I should ring their operator to sort it out. Yeah, right, as if! I’m absolutely fed up of these scammers mucking about. I wish I could track the lot of them down and give them what for... Honestly, be cautious. If you notice a charge you never agreed to, ring your bank on a number you trust - usually found on the back of your card - and get them to sort it out.
