Sounds like a total scam to me. I got a voicemail saying they spotted some dodgy activity on my Visa card (which I don’t even own!) linked to some online betting in America and had frozen the payment. It told me to press 1 to get through to the Fraud Department but didn’t say who was calling or which card was involved. Why can’t these nuisance calls just be blocked for good?
