So this is my second time on this site today. Got another call from a supposed BT rep claiming my internet was at risk and to hit button 1 to fix it. The bloke sounded American, which was odd since we don't even have BT as our internet provider. Definitely seemed dodgy. On the plus side, I wasn’t stuck in a boring committee meeting this time, so it was a bit easier to spot the scam!
