I got a call from this number around 9 in the morning but I didn't pick up because I thought it was probably a scam. Then, annoyingly, it rang again at 11:25. These pesky calls come through at least twice daily. Honestly, I'm relieved I ignored them both times.

On the 7th of Feb at about 11:18, I got this recorded message from a woman saying something like "Your IP address has been hacked in multiple countries" and then "we can provide you a new IP foc"... and then to press 1 to speak to a tech. Yeah, no thanks!!!

Somebody pretending to be from Ofcom called my gran, trying to frighten her by saying her phone and internet would get cut off right away unless she followed their orders. It's awful how these fraudsters target the elderly like that. Honestly, why do authorities let them keep harassing folks like this?

Over the past few days, I've been getting loads of calls from various numbers, like 01877616340 yesterday, usually just about 9:30 in the morning. I looked them up and, as I thought, they’re dodgy people pretending to be from either BT or OFCOM, threatening me about my broadband. It’s rubbish, really. Good to see the government finally taking these scammers seriously, though. I’ve also had calls from 02490502237 and 01216035620 - all the same bunch of con artists.

Somebody said they were from Ofcom telling me I needed to urgently upgrade my internet, but it was obviously a scam. I’ve already reported it to the police so hopefully they catch whoever’s behind it.
