So I just got a call from someone called Rachel claiming to be from Microsoft. She said she was calling from Tain in Scotland, using the 01862 area code. I looked it up and found out other people have had calls from 01862894798 too, with similar tales about Microsoft. There are also some folks saying they got calls from this number pretending to be Ofcom or TPS. Definitely sounds dodgy to me.
