Got a call from a recorded voice telling me my internet was about to be cut off. It told me to press 1 to chat with someone. When I did, the person claimed there was some issue with my router and my broadband would be switched off. I hung up straight away and rang TalkTalk myself. They told me my router and connection were perfectly fine!

Got a call from someone claiming to be from BT, saying my phone and internet would get cut off soon. They told me to hit 1 if I wanted to fix it, or 2 if I was fine with the cut. Bit dodgy if you ask me!
