I picked up but no one spoke on the other end. The call showed as from Harris, but it wasn’t a regular number you can actually ring back. Pretty strange.

I just ignored the call since the name 'Harris' showed up and I don't know anyone by that name. After seeing the earlier comments, I'm quite relieved I didn’t pick up. Seriously, when will these firms stop? These calls are such a nuisance. I've blocked the number now.

Cheers for the heads-up on this, really glad my BT phone blocker stopped the call from coming through. They didn’t even leave a message. I’ve blocked the number now.

I got a call from someone saying they were from a survey company or something about lifestyle stuff. They kept trying to get me to give personal details, probably to pass on to some scammers. They even tried to address me by name to sound legit. Definitely dodgy, so watch out!

picked up the phone but there was complete silence, then the call just dropped. blocked the number straight away, reckon it's one of those auto diallers checking which lines are active. if they find one that answers properly, someone will ring from another number - and yep, that one ends up blocked too.
