She tried to convince me to let her remotely access my PC to ‘fix’ the issue. Then she said I could actually get a refund from Talk Talk due to bad service, and if I logged into my online bank, they’d send the refund right away. Total scam! This is linked to that 2015 data breach where customer info and phone numbers were leaked.
