Proper annoying.7 monthsThey kept ringing me all day, at least 10 times, and I just ignored it. But while writing this, they called again, so I answered this time. The bloke said he was from the insurance company we took out last year, telling me since I hadn’t claimed in over a year, we were due a discount. I joked about how nice it was to get money back and that it’s good to see a refund heading to my bank - even though he mentioned the wrong bank details. After chatting, he thanked me and I hung up.
