I just told them I'm not interested and thankfully the woman didn't press me further. From what I've seen, it's usually best to steer clear of these companies as they tend to cause more hassle than they're worth. Plus, the flood of comments from October 16th 2018 on here seem a bit too much like Utility Bidder trying to scrub their image. Bit obvious, if you ask me.

Got a call from Utility Bidder about renewing our contract. I told the guy we’d already sorted it but he started shouting on the phone which was pretty upsetting so I ended the call. I rang back and reported him and the customer service team were really understanding and said they’d look into it. Fingers crossed they sort it out so no one else has to deal with that. To sum up, the sales lot aren’t very polite if you don’t agree with them, but the support staff are decent.
