Got a call today from a woman with an accent, claiming to be from BT Openreach. She asked if I was the person who owned the phone number she dialled. Instead of giving my name, I asked who exactly she was calling for. To my shock, she snapped back with, "oh shut up you b####!!" Proper rude!
