Some bloke said he was from ‘Network Services’ with a bit of a Welsh accent, claimed he knew I was about to finish my mobile contract and wanted to offer help. I told him there’s no chance he could know that because a) I don’t even have a mobile contract and b) he’d called my work’s VOIP landline (how on earth did he get that number?), which felt really dodgy. Told him to jog on. Might have to get the IT department involved now.
