I seriously doubt this landline actually comes from the Orkney Islands - seems more like it's pretending to be from there. It’s unbelievable that BT allows these kinds of scams to keep happening! I got a robo call about a supposed £450 purchase on Amazon and a £1500 international transfer. The message said “Press 1 to continue, or 2 to talk to an agent”… yeah, right.
