got a call from some automated voice claiming to be bt. they said my internet would be disconnected in a day because of some illegal stuff happening from my router. then it told me to press 1 for details. when i did, a woman with an indian accent answered saying she was from bt tech support and needed to do a remote security check on my pc. felt really dodgy to me.

Got a call from someone saying they were BT, but I’m definitely not with them, so I just ended the call.

I picked up just for a laugh but as soon as I said hello they just cut off. Definitely didn’t seem like one of those robo calls.

I picked up and said something but no one spoke back, then the call just got cut off! So frustrating!!!

I tried ringing back but it just said the number wasn’t valid. If they phone me one more time, I’m just gonna block it.
