so this number rang me claiming they were from the telephone preference service, saying they wanted to upgrade my details. the guy asked for my card info but i said no, mentioning i'd look it up online first to see if it was legit. oddly enough, he just hung up on me straight away.

Got a call from someone claiming to do a UK living survey, said they were from Ballachulisht or something like that. When my husband told them he didn’t want to answer private questions, the woman on the line lost her cool and basically told us to f##k off. Bit rude, but I guess she didn’t hang around wasting our time after that!

I get these annoying calls that always seem to come through right at 8 in the morning.

I got a call from a Scotland number, and it was just one of those sales pitches. Honestly, both the government and BT need to step up and deal with this kind of annoying and borderline scammy behaviour. If they don’t, it's just gonna keep on getting worse.

some guy with an asian accent called me asking if i'd do a survey about “uk living,” or something like that. i told him i’m not into filling out surveys and when he asked to confirm my name i just said “go ahead” instead of answering properly. he stayed quiet for a bit, then just cut the call!
