This was a total scam! An older lady - my step-mum - picked up the phone, and the bloke on the line, who sounded Indian, tried to trick her into giving bank details. He told her we’d been paying too much for Covid stuff. When I stepped in, he started getting really rude. Don’t fall for this, mate! Blocked him straight away.
