It really felt like I was chatting to someone from an Asian call centre. They insisted I had issues with my broadband dropping in and out, but honestly, I don’t! The caller claimed to be representing Openreach and probed me about how many gadgets I had connected to my Wi-Fi. I flat-out declined to share any details, as I trust my provider would reach out via email if there was a genuine concern. I'm utterly weary of these incessant calls, especially since I’m registered with the Telephone Preference Service!
