Honestly, I rarely pick up if the number’s unknown - I just let it go to voicemail. Most times, there’s no message left anyway. I don’t bother ringing back if they haven't left anything, because it’s usually just telemarketers trying to sell me stuff I have no interest in. If I want to buy something, I prefer to look it up myself instead of waiting for some random firm to call me out of the blue.

they rang me a couple of times but i wasn’t picking up as i don’t take calls from numbers i don’t know, especially if its a cold call or something unwanted

Got a call from a young lady with an Indian accent claiming she was from the gas company. I told her I don’t actually use gas. She then went on about some new deal or package they’re offering, asked if I wanted to upgrade. I just said no cheers and ended the call.

They keep ringing my phone but as soon as I pick up the answerphone, they just hang up. When I try to return the call, it says the number isn't recognised. Definitely a sales pitch, and it's getting really annoying with them bothering me non-stop.
