Received a rather dodgy call claiming to be from BT, threatening imminent disconnection of my services! They prompted me to hit 1 for an operator or 2 if I fancied carrying on with the disconnection of my phone and broadband. Utterly bemused, I hung up. Honestly, it was a shoddy attempt at an automated message - they could’ve at least hired someone with a decent voice!
