I got this number returned to me when I used 1471, but I’m not sure if it’s legit or just spoofed. There was this American bloke on the line claiming it was linked to BT/O2 and said my home phone was at risk or something. He told me to press 1 to talk to BT or 2 for another provider. I didn’t hang about much longer and just ended the call, then searched online to see if anyone else had mentioned the number.
