The bloke started off speaking to me like I was a complete numpty - asking stuff like 'can you spot the CTRL key?' and 'what's the one beside it called?' Then he put me through to his 'manager'. When I asked for a contact number, he gave me that same number. I said 'cool, let me check it on another phone'... and bam, the line went dead; he just hung up straight away.
It's definitely a scam; they try to get you to enter commands that open up your computer to them.
