This is the first time I've seen this number pop up. Like most of those 0184 numbers, there was a foreign voice greeting me with a "good morning Mr Smith" and asking how I was. I didn’t even let him get a word in after that, just said I was fine and hung up straight away. If it really was something important, they can always try again later.
