I got a call from someone saying they were Richard Knightly Solicitors, but as far as I can tell, that firm doesn’t even exist. They were talking about a small crash I had recently. When I called them out on it, they got really defensive and said I was lying. They told me I’d easily find them on the Law Society’s register, which I couldn’t. Also, they said the TPS was useless since they managed to get my contact details. Honestly, the whole thing felt pretty dodgy and the person was quite rude and ignorant.

Got a call out of the blue about some claim that doesnt even exist. When I called the number back, they said I'd been contacted by 'claims inclusive' and that it wasnt anything important. Pretty pointless if you ask me.
