So it was Travelodge, but annoying they never rang back or left a voicemail. Then, like five hours later, we discovered they didn’t actually have any rooms available even though we booked half a year in advance. Proper frustrating!

it's Travelodge, sadly no message was left and only after about 5 hours did we discover there was no room available for us even tho we’d booked 6 months earlier.

Got a call from Travelodge head office telling us we couldn’t share a room unless we proved we lived together. Bit of a cheek, considering they only mentioned it the day we were due to arrive. We were just there for a funeral, nothing to do with a holiday, so it felt pretty unfair. Luckily, we did live at the same address, but it was poor timing for that info to come through.
