I got a call from this number after getting a new Honda, apparently they handle the 5 day free insurance deal. They ring up to pitch you an annual car insurance quote, saying there’s no pressure to buy. From what I've heard, their rates might be a bit steep because they say they’ve got perks only for Honda drivers. Never used them myself and don’t really plan to give them a go.
