Over the past week, I’ve had a couple of calls from a bloke calling himself "Matthew," claiming the insulation put in my loft through some government programme is causing mould and damp. The first call came from one number, then this time it was a totally different one. When he rang me again, I wasn't even certain if there was a real person on the other end - it sounded more like a bunch of automated recordings being pieced together. Feels like a total scam to me.
