I received two calls from this number earlier today, but there were no messages left on our answering machine. Does anyone have any idea who might be behind it?

I received a call from a lady named Veronica who spoke very little English. She was babbling on about a computer and urged me to enter some details due to a supposed virus or something of the sort. However, as soon as I mentioned that I found it dubious, she abruptly hung up. Honestly, I couldn’t believe she would claim to be called Veronica when she clearly had a thick accent and, if I'm not mistaken, it sounded like she was from Guatemala or somewhere rather far off!

Once more, I received a call from a chap, likely English, named Roy or something similar. He was rambling about an issue with a computer linked to me, but when I inquired about which one, he was stumped. So, I informed him that we don't actually own a computer, and he seemed quite taken aback before promptly ending the call! What a curious exchange!

I recently received a rather peculiar phone call directed at me, but the bloke's English was quite atrocious and his accent made it all the more difficult to grasp what he was on about! I ended up hanging up and attempted to return the call, only to find it was an unknown number. Quite bizarre, if you ask me!

A gentleman with limited English proficiency contacted me to inform that my computer is sluggish, attributing the issue to a viral invasion.

I've just received a call that was eerily similar to the one mentioned earlier... It was a man with a rather thick accent, struggling with his English, insisting that my computer was being compromised by a virus that was making it sluggish.
