They took a hefty sum from me as a deposit for an aircraft model, and once the cash was in their hands, they vanished without a trace. After digging around on Yell.com, it became clear I’m not alone in this predicament. Doug Dunn, a well-respected model maker, started this venture, but it’s now his daughter Samantha who runs the so-called operation. She’s still taking orders and deposits despite all this.
