I got involved with a firm named Westway Aircraft Models, who asked for a big deposit for an aeroplane model. After I paid up, they completely stopped replying to me. When I looked them up on Yell.Com, it seemed loads of others had the same trouble. The late Mr Doug Dunn was a well-known and skilled model creator, but now his daughter Samantha is in charge of this so-called business. She’s still taking orders and deposits, which worries me. I’ve informed the Police about it, but it’s been over a year and nothing’s been done yet.
