I keep receiving calls from this number, and each time, the caller insists that I'm owed a refund for two decades' worth of bank fees. They demand that I verify my personal details, including my name, address, and date of birth, and they also request to see a valid photo ID. What’s more, they ring from different numbers that all have the 01843 area code, yet if I attempt to return the call, I find it impossible to get through. It seems this ‘company’ operates out of India. Their approach is incredibly pushy, impolite, and downright aggressive. I’d strongly advise steering clear of them!

A foreign woman rang me, claiming to represent the Claims Advisory Group, and insisted she was assisting the Government in reclaiming excess bank charges. She mentioned her location was Manchester. However, the moment I started probing a bit deeper, she abruptly ended the call; clearly, she struggled with deviating from her pre-prepared lines!
