This person or group keeps ringing me, claiming I qualify for a refund of 20 years worth of bank fees. They demand I verify my full name, address and date of birth, then ask if I have any photo ID ready.
They use different phone numbers starting with 01843, none of which let you call back... It's pretty obvious the 'company' is actually somewhere in India.
They are annoyingly pushy, quite rude and borderline aggressive. Honestly, best to stay well clear of these lot!

Got a call from a woman with a foreign accent who claimed to be from some Claims Advisory Group. She mentioned they were helping people get back extra bank fees and that she was operating out of Manchester. When I tried asking her a few questions, she just ended the call - clearly couldn’t handle going off the usual script!
