Dominic - Pinnock I work as the front desk clerk at a small company and they wanted to chat with the person in charge of Maintenance. When I asked for the caller's name, all I got was a vague ‘yes’. Tried asking again but no reply this time. By then I was pretty sure it’s one of those call centre scams. After a bit of pressing, they admitted they were trying to sell solar panels and were eager to check our carbon footprint, all the while fishing for details about the firm I work for.
